After much deliberation , I have decided to invest into a monthly gym membership. I knew I would have never got off my coach and do the 5k running, so the best thing for me to do was to signed up to a gym membership.
Today I did 20 mins on the treadmill , 5 mins on the bicycle, 10 mins on the cross trainer and some weights.
I felt really good , and please with myself.
For dinner I had A jacket potatoes with tuna mayo. My aim is to eat 1000 calories a day. I really do not know how much calories was in the tuna mayo.. I am aiming to go to the gym 4 times weekly and do at least an hour of exercise .
I just hope I have the courage to keep going to the gym and don't give up half way or through the festive season.
