I've worked in the fitness industry for over 10 years and seen countless people who are obsessed with diets and losing WEIGHT. Don't worry about losing weight its BODY FAT that we should be trying to shed!!! AND furthermore Fat people can be fit!! Eat healthily ( Most people intuitively know what this means) and EXERCISE!!
