Pain on top of foot

Hi guys. So yesterday I was mega happy with completing week 5 day1. This morning I got out of bed and could feel a pain in my left foot when I walk. It's on top of the foot slightly to the left. I've soaked a tubular bandage in cold water and put it on. It's a little red and swollen. Thing is I didn't feel anything yesterday after my run. I'm worried this is going to knock me back :(

How frustrating for you. You have probably checked this, but make sure your laces are not too tight or uneven over the bridge of your foot. Seems to be an area very sensitive to pressure.

Hope foot feels better soon.
