Getting close now... will certainly miss Laura... but perhaps we'll get together now and then... but had enough of Julie though
I broke the rules again and carried on after the 30mins as it was a nice gentle gradient downhill to home... so did about 39 mins and covered about 4.3km my longest so far.... but ill never break any records with my pace.
Todays new route was a bit up and down but have decided to use my local parkrun track for my final run as this is totally flat and next to my work so I can go straight from work as it would be dark when I get home.
Looking forward to Tuesday... get that badge shinned!!

Nothing much to say other than ENJOY! Yes, enjoy that graduation run, then go on and continue to enjoy running.
Laura does some other podcasts for graduates. I've recently done speed a couple of times - it's nice to have Laura with me for that. I think she does some others too. But you can enjoy some music of your own choice..
Good luck for Day 3, I completed it today and when I started running I got a buzz off adrenaline to think that I was coming to the end...... well done and lets get the flags flying in anticipation
