The last time I did a c25k was several months ago, going up to week 4. I decided to restart the process. I am currently at week 1 run 3 at the moment. I hope I can stick to this without having a lack of motivation. Wish me luck

Hi Pikaree. Was it a lack of motivation that stopped you completing the programme before? I marked all my runs on my calendar I didn`t put week one, run one etc I simply wrote run one, run two and so on. There are only 27 runs on the programme by the time you have completed week three that is 9 runs no going back from that, you are on your way!! Visualising my path through the programme helped me so maybe something to try. Keep posting about your progress on here everyone will keep you going. Best of luck
It was basically lack of motivation and going out of breath! Week 4 was a disaster for me! But that is a really good tip, I will use that! Thank you x
