Hi team, I fell off the running wagon again and and finally got back on again after hubby dragged me to Parkrun. It was embarrassing- truely. So I started back again and this week I finished week 6 run Run 1. I am reminded of when I was trying to stop smoking, you have to get back at it when you fail. The more you do it, the more you change a habit. This group was always in the back of my mind and I am so proud to be able to post this.

A few months on...but here you are and here we are... Good to have you back with us! A huge well done to you!
You know the form...slow and steady and on you go !
🍏 Welcome back Lucie Here’s a refresher link! Enjoy your next run!
Well done LucieL. At least you won’t be experiencing the nippy weather which has put in an appearance up here. I saw the last three weeks on C25k as a bit of a procession; like the last stage of Tour de France. All you need to do is not push the speed and manage to stay upright! Then the real fun starts 🙂
My story is exactly the same and I’m also back up to week 6 - about to go out for run 3. I didn’t know if you’re the same but I’m finding it easier this time. I think it’s because I know the system works. I always used to say to newbies that if they started a run worrying about a run they were setting up to fail. Good luck - I’ll meet you at our (re)graduation. 😆
Very well done!
Parkruns are absolutely inspiring. Best of luck with the rest of Week 6 and do keep us posted...

Wondering how you are and if you have managed any runs? It’s sometimes SO difficult to climb back on that wagon especially in winter! Oldfloss post today may cheer you on! Xx
