Not posted for a while... Life's been hectic!

But still been runnig regulary, betwen 4/5 miles each run. So still nicely on track I've added a snapshot of yesterday's run. Hope everyone is enjoying there running as much as I have been. Can honestly say I'm addicted!

& I hope all you new runners are enjoying your new challenge? Stick with the plan and you wil do!
