W9R2 completed tonight, it will be my last run after work until the spring time as, even at 5:45, the light was starting to fade fast, only morning or afternoon runs from now on. This was a tough one tonight, I felt quite tired so kept it nice and slow. I can't believe that I have only one run before graduating!!!!

Enjoy your graduation run. Looking forward to reading about it.
Time to consider your next steps. If I can offer some guidance please consider another programme. It does so much to keep you motivated and avoids the risk of drifting back to the couch.
