Curry, Beer, and Wine last night felt pretty bad when I got up. Went for a naked run and came back with 3 new PBs.
1k - 4:50
1 mile - 7:58
5k - 29:26
Feel fantastic so I celebrated with a 6 mile dog walk. Must go stretch now!
Hope you all have brilliant runday.

What brilliant stats - and on curry, beer and wine fumes as well! I reckon that's what got you through. Nice work GF.

Wow, now that is quick (your mile is quicker than my K ). Those are awesome times, especially after your session last night. I am rather disappointed that a naked run involves clothes though

Indeed beforefifty clothes must be worn as I wouldn't want to scare the wildlife
