greetings all first things first no ballot place in london for me had my heart set on london but got the sorry magazine on monday lucky for me i had a back up plain soi know ill be running the greater manchester marathon on the 12th april for cancer research ,ive signed up for a couple of tens and shall run through my hometown (cambridge half marathon)on the 9th march so ive got a few practice races to take pressure of the training which i shall start next week going for a sub 4 so we will see how that unfolds .right back to present training last long run coming this sunday that will have to be a 13 miles then it begin the taper of such im thinking a 6 on tues then 3 on friday and a litte 15 min run on saturday ,thing for the last week have been ok 5 miles tues 7 last friday and done ten on sunday in 1hr 20 which is the fastest for months had 1hr 33 s and 1hr 30s before quickest last year was 1hr 15 and 5k this tues 2301 i always run quicker after long runs still doing my © Kinetic Revolution exercises if your just starting this would be great you want the 30 day challenge new exercises every week vids to show you what to do and it will help your running form so feel free to check it out keep running and enjoy

Sorry about london. Manchester will be just as good. I am glad to see you are fully recovered from injury and really back into the swing of things. Happy running.

Oh Moger, I remember watching this in April this year , the very same afternoon I went out and did WKR1 of the C25k so this has very happy memories for me ...
