Cmpleted Week 6 run 3 and I'm really chuffed. I took it slow and steady and made it. After the first five minutes I got into my stride and the time flew. Laura says I am a runner. So I must be!!!

Great stuff Perks! You've broken its back now, the hardest bit is done. You're on the home straight now. Take it steady, very steady as we need you to finish this in one piece

Yep, you're a runner now so get that mindset and you will go far. 5k hopefully!
