Wasn't trying to go faster this morning. Had a nice straight bit after a yucky hill and thought I'd try the experiment again ( if you move your arms quicker your legs will follow) and lo and behold I ended up with 2 PB's again ( had two a couple of days ago!)
5.59 fastest K and 10.91 fastest mile!
Now if only I could sustain it for the whole run!
The arm thing is obviously working. The only other thing I'm doing differently is eating porridge for breakfast!
