I stopped the Garmin when I started walking up the final hill to home. It went potty! It told me I had done my fastest 1k (3.03), my fastest 5k (19.00), my fastest 10k (38.54) and my longest run (13.34k). It all but high fived me!
How disappointed do you think it's going to be when I tell it it was strapped to the handlebars of my push bike?

I use RunKeeper on my phone, which is great. I was very disappointed the other day to find that after a 3 mile run/walk round Zaragoza one morning I had only burned off 170 calories. Then realised I had it set to Snow Boarding, not Running!
I was gutted that the 56 minute bike ride that left me sweaty and with dead legs, according to My FitnessPal only earned me 222 extra calories of food today (almost the same route run last Saturday, over 89 minutes earned me almost 800!)
OMG don't ya just luv technology? Giggling here as I just try and work out how my brand new Garmin watch works .. Teehee. Hope I can get mine to work - I won't get the bike out just yet cos I don't want to confuse it......or me! LOL
That'll be easy! Garmin seems to have misplaced them! Even the ones I'd already set, oh well, it gives me an excuse to go out and have a run. Tomorrow.
