Oh yes, decided to book my car in the garage for minor brake issue, 1 hour before work. So my plans are W6 R2, to drop car at 1.45pm in the garage, do 5 min warm up from garage, then 10 mins of running followed by 3 mins walking which by this time should take me half way to work, then another 10minutes running and more just to get me to work without walking loads and quicker of course well if you can call snail pace quick ha ha.
