No more interval training it's the straight road ahead to W9.

Dropped the car off at the garage and started my 5 minutes warm up. Then realised I'm listening to W7 so stop and start again by this time my garmin was saying more minutes than the program grrr I do like to try and start podcast and garmin together. Get around 7 minutes in my mobile rings, thumble around in my back pocket which is located on the bum (must look like I was scratching my butt) pffftt. by the time I got the silly thing out it rang off. Oh well onwards we go. Then the phone starts beeping. Oh I wonder if it's the garage, that means more money. Carried on with the program until I reach work. I ended up doing two laps of my route as one was not enough. Car ended up needing more work and couldn't be done until Saturday morning, so no parkrun for me Saturday morning grrr. Beside all the bad, I managed W6 R2 with no problems be glad to go into the straight roads ahead now. ;-)

Yeh - congrats! Bad news about the car and the parkrun :0/ . I think I am going to have to change my route soon, I am now almost home at the end of my cool down walk.

I'm week 6-ing and I've noticed this too. W6R2 is next for me, and I know I'm going to need just a little bit more route to complete it.

Somehow the world seems a little smaller (or I feel bigger!) now that I can run a bit... :)

Thank you... I know, didn't need that right now as I'm off on holiday in October ;-) I've noticed too that my routes need adjusting as running is longer ha ha ;-)
