Brilliantly done Labshack - it is a tremendous feeling and you have beaten a daunting challenge - you deserve to be proud of yourself and I know you will have many more WHOOOO HOOOOO'S!!! (Think I may have missed an 'O' out of WHOOOO - he walks off crying).

Thank you all and well done to you week 5 finishers too I did this with a new Garmin forerunner 110 so have been spending the afternoon playing trying to download all the run information and understand it :/ I suppose I'd better leave that now and download week 6 to my mp3 player .... still grinning!!!
