Did it!!!!!! I ran for 20 mins...the last couple of mins weren't easy - I was praying that after Laura had said that there were only 2 minutes left that I wasn't waiting for her to say there was one minute left.
Please tell me that I am not the only one who has told a random passing stranger that I have just run for 20 minutes for the first time in my life - she did seem genuinely pleased for me (maybe she was just trying to humour me lol)...
Just had my recovery drink (otherwise known as strawberry nesquik) and I am off for a shower....good luck to everyone else attempting the third run of week 5 this weekend - trust in Laura - you can do it :0)

I had a peep this evening at what is in store...going to try and go for run 1 on Sunday (we are away for a few days next weekend so it throws my normal routine off).
Well done, that is a Huge achievement! And yes I do tell random people how long I ran for! I usually find a way to get the topic of running into the conversation and then im off! You are right to be proud of yourself
Great job!! It was one year ago that I did my wk 5 run 3 and I remember it well--- was very proud that I could do it! Also that my two daughters , age 13 and 19, at the time, had to quit after 10 minutes while I kept going!
