Too many last night

Got up and got out for a run. No music as my stupid smartphone had run out of charge. Had too many stellas last night and so it was really tough this morning. I blame the company kick off. I disturbed a deer and gave it a bit of a run for its money, lots of rabbits and squirrels too and a lot of running through cobwebs. A fair bit of walking to get my heart rate down then I got home and stopped my garmin to find 2 new PBs. 5:16 for 1K and 8:33 for 1 mile. Unbelievable! 6.44km in 47 mins feeling better now.

Happy Running all

Well done GF! It just shows that running no matter what does pay off. You could have rolled over and stayed in bed

It's great to run out on the trails isn't it!

Thanks IP

Ah - the post-beer run... The run that starts with the words "this, my friend, is going to hurt"... :)

Well done on pushing through.. Just walking through cobwebs would have got my heart rate to MaxHR - I HATE spiders (I know, we have lots of them back home...)...

Good run... next time choose Peroni though... (never Fosters)...

Awesome stats - makes me smile to think that alcohol isn't all that evil ;)

It felt evil this morning. I then wondered what could I have achieved without the hangover ;-)
