.......to the routine or the non routine of the last couple of weeks. My girls have gone back to school today and I've gone back to work after a couple of weeks off but I was determined not to put off my W4R2 this morning. I let Lovely Daughter off joining me today as it's her first day back to school after almost 8 weeks off (Lucky Ducky more like) and went out super early. I'm still finding the jump to 16 minutes in W4 quite hard but managed it slowly as per usual. Every step is a step in the right direction was my mantra this morning. LD is planning on joining me again on Friday and she was visibly happy this morning as her uniform fit her much better than it did when she broke up for the summer. Concrete signs that make it all worthwhile. I'm also, I have to admit, a little bit addicted now. How did THAT happen? Happy running everybody. SB x

You’re one run ahead of me – and I found the jump to 16 minutes a bit of a shock to the system. I did it though and was very pleased with myself. I would like to go again today but Laura says I have to have a rest day. I just can’t believe I’m running and enjoying it.
Hello breezie! Great, I've been looking for some others around the same stage as me. I'm enjoying it most after I get back home but finding it slightly addictive nonetheless.
This forum is really great for my motivation. Someone posts that they’re struggling with something or other and friendly people reply with kind advice and support. I don’t think I would have got this far without the community. It’s particularly helpful to find out how others are doing at the same stage as me so I look forward to your updates SexyB!
