You will get through it. I expect an awful lot of C25Ker`s felt the same as you do now but some how with the magic of the programme we get through it. I must admit I found w4 r1 a real struggle in fact at the end I burst into tears and said I was never running again because I am so useless at it! I found this forum read posts from people would had been through it but got there and now I have just done w9 r1.
Trust in yourself, trust in the programme, you will do it!
Awwww I'm starting W4 on Monday. It is a bit scary but I am sure you felt this way with W3 but completed it. You will do it I'll be right there with you too
I felt that way every week! What kept me going was the goal at the end - graduation. As others have said, take it slow and steady, repeat runs if you need to and above all try and relax. This is supposed to be fun! You'll be absolutely fine.
It's weird, but I'm kind of looking forward to it too!
