Well rest up and take painkillers before you turn in for the night. Ibufren would be good as they are anti-inflam as well as painkillers. They only work when your body is relaxed, hence taking them before sleep. Hopefully a rest day and those should sort it. If not you have to rest up some more. Elevating and resting as much as you can will help. Get your legs up on the sofa when you can

Let's know how it goes.

I had something similar for a couple of weeks but I think it was at it's worst around week 8, I remember wondering if I'd manage to complete C25K. It was my second toe on my right foot that was painful and was worst first thing in the morning, it seemed to get better throughout the day as I became more active but first thing I could hardly put weight on it. It felt like I'd stubbed it and it was painful to bend/stretch it. I still went running and it was fine once I got into the run. Ibuprofen helped. I ended up going to the doctor as I got quite worried, she wasn't much help and I think the conclusion was that it was just due to a change in activity as I had never done any running previously. Of course, it cleared up almost as soon as I'd seen the doctor so I'm still not sure what it was. I was conscious that often I "claw" my foot (scrunch my toes up) and I'd been trying not to do that and relax my feet whilst running so it probably was to do with my foot trying to get used to something different. I hope your foot recovers quickly, best of luck with the last couple of runs!
