Week 8 started!

Just back from run 1! I am really surprised that I did it! But I was very strategic! I did not use the podcast, I used my own playlist, with a first track of 5 mins, and set my timer to 33 minutes. Off I went, a random route, was thinking it must be nearly time, and just kept going! Conditions were good, not too hot, not too windy, except for a few bits.

Time for a shower! Looking forward to the next one!!
