Really enjoyed the Color Run this morning. Would never have dreamt of doing it before I started C25K. Took Laura W1R1 with me and even having to wait at the blue zone for at least five minutes I did it in my normal time.

Brilliant! I wanted to do the Sunderland one but had to drop out. There's always next year!

I am pleased with my timings. I had to walk for seven and a half minutes at the first kilometre so I reckon I beat my previous PB, thereabouts.
