Well I am getting there. Did week 3 run 1 this evening. The sky was heavy and the air was thin. It rained heavily for my walk home. I enjoyed the run though.

Learning to run again Week 3!

Well done, keep up the good work and remember slow and steady is the catchphrase!
Well done! I've come to love the rain since I've started running! x

Yeah well done, you've made a good start
And since running I don't mind the rain so much, especially cos it's been so hot.
Good luck with the rest x

Keep going! Well done. Keep posting.
W3R2. Tick. Completed. Good weather this evening. Pleasant temperature and no rain! I have stopped thinking I can't do it and I am just getting changed and going out to try and do it. Although I researched what each week involved beforehand, and even listened to some of the later podcasts, I have forgotten now and I'm not going to look again. Just take each run as it comes with the podcast to guide me. I was able to breathe more easily during this run, definite progress! I do take it fairly slowly it has to be said, I'm listening to the advice and hoping that speed will come later!....
I went out this morning before the heavy rain came and completed W3R3! Yay! I finally got my turn around point worked out for week 3. I will change my route again slightly for week four though. I'm very happy with my progress. At the end of week two I was worrying about how I'd manage to run for 3 minutes. That kind of worrying is sometimes enough to make me not want to try. It's reading about all your successes that keeps me going, and Laura
Well I messed up tonight. I started listening to week 3 again by mistake, by the time I realised I'd already had to turn around because of a road closure. It looked like a downpour was on the way and I figured that there were enough signs for me not to change to week 4. So week 3 run 4 completed! My breathing was terrible tonight, I have mild asthma and I think the low air pressure probably didn't help!
