Never would i have thought i would ever be able to run for 8 mind continually never mind twice! Each time i covered 1000m. This programme is excellent! Little aprehensive about run 3 this week, a jump to 20 mins continuisly seems a heck of a jump but i can only give it my best shot!!

Well done. Don't panic, you can do it if you take it nice and steady. Good luck!

As you said take it nice and easy, remember is not about speed! Well done to get that far.

Well done, now trust the program! It seems like a ridiculously large jump, but you are ready for it. Everything in the program so far has been building to this. Start slow and just keep putting one foot in front of the other. Believe in yourself. You will do this - then come back here and tell us how it went!

Everybody worries about W5R3 but what is the worst that can happen? If you can't finish it you repeat it, so no problem. Treat it as just another run. Start off slow and keep something in reserve for later on. Do some facial stretches before you start, because the grin on your face when you complete this run can use muscles that you haven't used before.....certainly not to the same extreme. Slow and steady and you will be fine.

Keep running, keep smiling.

well done - you have the right attitude - just do it! Lost of good advice above, I found taking it slow and keeping something in reserve helped me and sometimes just thinking about running like an assassin! I know it sounds ridiculous but saw someone suggest it on this forum and it helped - probably just thinking of something else but the light silent approach made me smile too.

you'll nail it - go yummy mummy go!
