For those of you have have listened to moaning about how hilly it is around here, here's the evidence!
Hilly!: For those of you have have listened to... - Couch to 5K
Hilly!

I know how you feel. I don't mind running up hills - but there are times when I want to test out something and it requires a flat route !!!!

Ok I will definitely give you that, that is hilly! happy running

yep, you're right - that's certainly hilly - can't deny that!
Great views mind you

We believe you Curly! Bl**dy hills! Who needs em
Now I'm into the longer runs (Week 7) I'm running all the way around the bottom of town. It's about 5 KM, handy that! My goal is to get all the way before i leave here in a couple of months, then I'll be back in lovely flat Cambridge for the winter. It's been an interesting few weeks doing the programme here, I reckon if I can learn to run here I'll be super fast when I get somewhere flat!
See it as an opportunity rather than an impediment. Embrace those hills! Attack those hills! Conquer those hills! Get in touch with your inner mouflon!
Earlier on I was defeated by the slightest incline and almost wept at the sight of even a hump backed bridge. I now actively seek out steeper routes. Vertical gain is the new flat.

I am never going to moan about hills again! Looks beautiful though. Hope you enjoy your runs!
Nice pic...you look great in your HU tee
Yes....that's hilly alright -that would half kill me ! It's almost totally flat where I am ... Charente and we live by the river ...so all my run routes are on the level with the exception of a bit of an incline heading towards the bridge....and that's hilly enough for me !Lovely scenery though....what part of France are you in ?
Cordes-Sur-Ciel, in the south, near Albi and Toulouse. It is very beautiful, and the air is clean. I know I'm lucky, apart from the hills! At this stage I slow down for the slightest incline - but I'm thinking of it as good training!

I'm not that far from you at Lac de Pareloup in Aveyron. Hilly here too!
Interesting lake, bet you have some pretty runs there x

Oh dear..that is hilly! Btw you look great and im loving the t shirt!
I'm getting there! I'm starting to think that they have helped with my stamina, on my run yesterday my speed varied between 7 and 9 mins per KM - very happy with that!
