Just completed r1. I know a lot of people have said it already but that was tough! Got through it but my legs felt so heavy all the way! Not looking forward to r2.

I just completed week 6 and thought that run 3 would be impossible but I did it! I felt like run 2 was a struggle but its worth pushing through it. We all have good runs and bad runs, it shouldn't impact your next run.

Hang in there Loopy! You can do it, you just have to have faith in yourself and the programme. Laura will get you round!

Make sure you go out there and nail that next run as per schedule. Let us know how you get on. We have been through it too so know what it's like. Take a deep breath and just for for it.

Congratulations!

real progress being made now! - I really struggled with week 6 run 1 out of overconfidence due to week 5 run 3.

Honestly, this programme is excellent, I'm about to graduate, and every step of the way you're ready, as long as you completed the previous weeks, take it slow and steady, and let Laura guide you through it!
