Thanks for all the lovely messages following my 'graduation' last week. Dare I say it, but I AM beginning to feel the love' much to my surprise, in the form of the speed podcast. I would never, ever describe myself as speedy at anything, least of all running but it really seems to suit me. Anyone else found this ?

Great to hear ;o) I've not used it myself although I have downloaded it to my phone and I may well look at giving it a go in a few weeks.

Speed doesn't matter. I used to think it did, but your pace will improve naturally in time. That's not to say I don't STILL try and get PB's if I can, but the main thing is that you have graduated. So a bloomin' huge pat on the back to YOU!

I much preferred the speed pod cast to the stamina & stepping stones. Glad to hear :)

Indeed sometimes the need for speed just takes over. I have done the speed podcast and liked it but I have now built a 'fast' playlist with judiciously placed tracks from my own music which have high beats per minute. It definitely helps bring my average pace up.
