Why am I just a little bit excited!?! Well yesterday after months of foot pain due to PF I managed to do a low impact Aerobics class followed by Aqua Aerobics class the first in over 2 months. I had some pain which I expected but not the excruciating pain I had been getting before.
Acupuncture treatment is finished for now and have been told to introduce impact exercise very gradually and slowly. If all goes well I will try a short 1K run, well OK trot next week. Then start my C25K journey for the 4th time. So if anyone out there is doubting their ability to complete this programme take it from me that it works and works well, have faith in yourself, you can do it. Wish me luck guys and girls Signing off as a happy pain free Oldgirl

That's brilliant news Oldgirl - sounds like slow and steady is the way to go! Just take it easy and you'll be up and running/jogging/trotting in no time.
Many thanks to you all for your good wishes. Been at the gym again today and although I'm getting some foot pain its not too bad to stop e in my tracks like before. I have been told that this could go on for a year or more but to try and work through it unless it become severe which today was not the case, yippee. Friday will see me back at the gym for LI aerobics & aqua gym. Fingers crossed Happy running everyone
