another 4 miles last night shouldnt have gone but decided to go up the river again could have carried on but stopped legs need more miles just as i get into it and the old mind starts drifting off its all over ,so im going to attempt some kind of long run hip seems fine again ,watched the tour de france yesterday never seen so much lycra in my life had a great time there but id rather see mo farah running a race round cambridge happy running all
