Sooo I’ve been in Wales the past week and so was unable to do any running. Before you ask why I couldn’t...I climbed a MOUNTAIN 😂 mount snowdon, I zip lined through old quarries and walked for miles.
My question is though...it is worth me starting up my running again but start on and repeat Week 6 run 2 as I was due to do week 6 run 3 and feel like I need to ease myself into it??
I need to start up again soon as I am starting my first teaching job and refuse to not keep doing my running and lose the progress I have made.
My app was messing up too so couldn’t post or see posts so hope you are all doing well 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

I bet you'd be able to do W6R3 even after a week of no running -- but if you do R2 instead, you're only adding an extra two or three days to your program. And you have the rest of your life to keep running! So do what your body tells you it wants to do.
Glad you enjoyed your busy holiday in Wales sounds amazing. As you only had 1 week of from running you may find you can go straight to wk6r3. Good luck 😊
Sounds like you had an amazing time Emolie. You break should be short enough to try the Run 3 - your body will tell you if you are up to it. Good luck and not far now. Also, best wishes for the new job too 👍🏻☺️
I remember my first experience of ascending Snowdon... I was in the army cadets and it was chucking it down, we were in heavy combats that couldn’t have got any wetter in the march to the bottom and the climb was miserable and hard work with a heavy pack, but at least the rain had stopped. Last few feet and we could see the people who’d just arrived at the summit, all dry and fresh off the train!
Either run will work... slow and steady in your comeback run.
