Not sure what just happened!

Just done week 3 run 1 after a health enforced 7 day break. I really enjoyed it! I was not expecting to complete the 3 min sections but actually felt I could have gone on longer! So, either it's because the weather is so much cooler, because I had a break or because I,m actually getting stronger. Whatever it is, I hope it carries on! The route I took meant I had a 30 min walk back to where I parked but found run keeper was paused when I got back so don't know how far I went. More sessions like this please!

Probably a combination of all three. Great to hear though and wishing you well for the rest of the programme.

Well done. Sometimes I find the run after a break is a better one. I don't know if that is because you gave your body the rest it needed, you always imagine it is going to be truely awful or you are getting stronger. Keep it up and enjoy !!!

Just done mine and yes felt very much the same satisfaction at having run 3 minutes non stop. Keep up the good work.
