Wow! You're doing really well John. Just remember to stick to the programme. You don't want to end up injured! Good luck for the rest of the journey.
Well done - you seem to be covering a lot of distance for week6! Don't be tempted to do too much too soon, you don't want to end up on the injury couch.

Morning, I do seam to be covering a good distance. I've been feeling so good about myself after each session I've been reverting back to one of the runs a week before. Felt like I've been able to cope with it ok. Pluse on the walking sections I've not been hanging about! Been putting a good pace in there as well. Point taken though I know I need to watch out, and not over do it, (enthusiastic) I guess
