Stopping running for the foreseeable future

Well went to see the physio today about Achilles problem. Told to stop all running until it it fixed and have been given a course of exercises to follow for the next 3 months . So it looks like I will be cycling a bit more. :-(

Sorry to hear that, but at least you are taking it philosophically and you have alternative fitness plan. Hope you get better soon.

Cycling is good as well, but I'm sorry to hear that your running will be (temporarily) stopped. Hopefully you'll still stop by every now and then, and get back on track again after your Achilles tendon is fully recovered.
