second post grad run! And music to run to...

This morning I did my second post graduation run.

During the first one I used my own playlist, probably not the best pace wise, as I just felt like singing along at times - a pure terrifying experience for the people meeting me! RTun 34 minutes, not sure about the distance, probably 4 km

So this morning... Iwent out early , which I rarely do, and it was fantastic, warm enough to wear just a T-shirt, no wind, the lake was a mirror... the temptation just to stroll around and pick wildflowers was strong, very strong ... so I switched on Laura again and did stepping stones - I think I managed to keep the pace but I really cannot tell since I am not really good at coordinating music and steps - or at coordinating any movement for that matter, unless I do it slowly, which is obviously not the aim of stepping stones I guess! I thought I was going to die for the last few minutes of the first song: the road started going uphill long before it usually did - but means I was going faster than usual! Happy day!

Sounds like all in all you had a good post graduation run. I haven't tried stepping stones yet, but I like speed. I agree on the singing front. I went on the treadmill at the gym once and forgot that I wasn't running past everyone, singing away. Never again.
