This is my 2nd attempt at couch to 5k. The first time I reached week 5 but my knee went, I was in pain for at least 4 weeks and vowed never to run again. I have just completed week 3 and feeling good I got me some new trainers and taking it nice and slow,,,please god I hope my knee doesn't go again, otherwise it really will be the end :/

Well done for getting started again, take it nice and slow. Hope the new shoes work for you
Do some additional knee strengthening exercises. I completed the programme and never thought it would be possible as I have very bad knees. Without knowing what your knee injury is if it 'goes' again I would also suggest going to see your GP, you may benefit from some physio, of course you could always go see a private sports physio. My hubby and I are both doing C25K. We completed week 3 today, in the rain, but we were determined to not let anything stop us ! We feel really good too
