I dont check often enough to notice, i suppose it is possible nobody has been active for 3 hours. Is it really so unusual to have that short a time with no posts?

I think it's just the Friday afternoon "must get this work completed" and "school pickups" and "what time is the next football match???" distractions. There's been plenty of activity, but no new posts.

I am having trouble upgrading. The link only comes on my ipad for a couple of seconds then disappears. Also slightly concerned as no requests for graduations badges for over 24 hours which is a little unusual. I hope it isn't getting lost somewhere that I can't see and people think I am ignoring them at such a positive time.

I wouldn't bother upgrading yet unless it turns out that you've been losing all the requests for graduation badges.

Maybe you could/should write a post asking if anyone has had their request ignored or needs their badge. I know there's a pinned post about asking for the badge, but the pinned posts don't seem as obvious on the new version.
