Jogged for 28 minutes yay

Had a wobbly jog on Thursday on grass and felt a bit like I couldn't do it so wk7 r1 this morning I went back to jogging round house and I could do the whole lot! I felt like I had a lot better work out as well.... I think maybe my legs are not quite ready for uneven or hilly surfaces but doing it this way hopefully I will build the strength....am I right??

  • I think that was probably too much of a change from indoor surfaces to grass. Can you try a quiet lane or a proper path anywhere near you. I found a canal towpath the best for me. It might also help the time pass quicker with scenery to take your mind off how much longer there is to go. :)
