Long run week 3

Aimed to do 1hour 20 today but stopped at 1 hour 15, still feel good though. My running felt a lot more relaxed and coordinated today like my body was working well together.

Interesting. I'm on w9 now and have noticed that I get into a nice rhythm mostly which feels comfortable and good. Does that only improve over time, and with experience would you say?

I feel that differs from run to run if I am honest. In my middle weeks of c25k i found my rythm and breathing seemed to co-ordinate around the 8 minute mark. On the later longer runs it is sometimes earlier (todays runs was like that :-) ) , on others, it doesn't quite gel until the last 5 minutes. I dont like those :-(

I think it gets smoother and more harmonious....on a long slow run I sort of zone out and move without thinking about it.

I hope that's how it goes for me. I seem to be moving in that direction :-)

Great post and sounds like a great run.. I am now learning the pleasures of the long run...
