That was the question that faced my run today!
I have set my music up such that the last thirty seconds are the final throes of Louder by DJ Evans (Faster .... Louder .... Stronger .... Etc.). It's a great crescendo and I love 'sprinting' to it at the end of my run. So today, plodding around quite happy, coming up to the last thirty seconds and two other female runners come around the corner, walking initially and then they start jogging. So, do I still do my sprint and face looking as if I am trying to run past them like a competitive arse?! Yes. Yes, I do. So, if that was any of you then I promise that I am not an arse and I do that every time I run to that particular mix!
And a big thumbs up to Drummmond45 for mentioning about using GarageBand for making running mixes. I'm obsessed and spend more time putting my music together (including cow bells every five minutes so I now how far through I am) than I do actually running!
