OOH AAH!!! Sore calfs -- from WALKING!!!!!!

Went for a long bushwalk yesterday just over 12 klms. Now my calfs are sorer than they have been for any run that I have done so far - including 3x10klm run/walks.

Who said running was hard???

Oh no you poor thing......that worries me as I have a 3 day walk from Hartland to Bude next weekend ( 15 miles a day) with my 84 year old cousin Ronald who has been training...I just assumed all my running would be ok?!! Yikes... Love the new pic too, running is having a good effect on your figure :)

Let us know how you go with that walk - it is a big one - 15 MILES per day is 24 klms per day -- IMPRESSIVE. And who is this 84 year old SUPERMAN you are going with??

I share your pain Baz. My dog walking week hopefully ends today and I can get some respite for my legs which are so painful at the moment. Resting makes them worse! I have to keep moving or I seize up. I think the dog walking week coinciding with my ankle injury has just exacerbated everything. Ouch, ouch. Supposed to be running today too
