I agree too. I have just had a not running day. Kept trying but just wasn't going to happen. Kicking myself now

Agreed - days I'm not scheduled to run when I really wish I was...and days I am scheduled to run when I really wish I wasn't. Always the way! Today is the former, but I do have satisfyingly achy legs from my run yesterday :-)
