Always take at least one day off between runs. on your non run day do some other exercise

Great thanks I'm thinking maybe I will go for walk or swim in between feel like I need to do something or I'm worried I'll lose my motivation xx
Picture a goal. Make it big and far in the distance. That's your motivation. You don't lose that staff. Ever. I call it drive

Yes, every other day is fine. That's how I did the programme, once I'd cracked Week One.
I have found since though that I've needed to ease off and three runs a week is a bit too much for a wellrounded fitness programme and life, but I have impairments.
Every other day is fine as is more than one rest day. I did a bit of both during the programme and now I am up to 30 minutes 3 a week is plenty and 2 more common.
At least..more if you need to.. out do not miss a rest day Walk swim, cycle, climb...Yoga etc etc on rest days or... try these on rest days too. Many folk do

Alternate days is fine, but you might find you need the odd two day break as the runs get longer.
I run every Monday, Wednesday and Friday and it's worked great for me. Good luck! Xx
