Week 7 run 2 under my belt

Woke up at 6.45 and I didn't really want to get up - I have had a cold all week, and at least today I am feeling human again, but I force myself to get up - and go through my routine of dressing for the run, by the time I am togged up, I am feeling up for it. I surprised myself and I thought I was going to struggle, but I plodded on and finished. Perfect weather, breezy but no rain, but not hot which was great. Bring on run 3.

Well done, I start w7 on my next run and after the last run of week 6 I'm sure that slow and steady is the best way to go at it!
