This will be my third and final attempt doing couch to 5K. Attempt one pushed myself and hurt my knee that was back in feb. Then started again, got to week 7 run 2, went on holiday, moved to Chile, got food poisoning and have finally settled into life in Santiago. Attempted to buy clothes yesterday (our clothes have been delayed) and found nothing fitted, so decided to get up and start again. I know i can do it I just hope this time I can make it to the end. Back on week 3.

If you got to W7 last time, you really can get to the end of W9. Good luck with it!

Best wishes for your attempt. Well done for your tenacity. It's great to have a supportive network like this that makes you feel like you're part of a team even though you're miles away from anyone else you know who is setting out on the same adventure.

Talking of adventures, hope you really settle well into your new life in Chile and that your clothes arrive safe and sound very soon. Happy running :)

Thanks guys. That's the first time I have thought I am in the Southern Hemisphere. Ana where are you? It's just great knowing there is a network of people all doing the same thing from the same start point
