It wasn't easy but I did it. As promised in my last post I went out with some trepidation & redid my failed wk3r3 this morning in the park, phew.Now back home to my trusty treadmill. Am looking after Gdaughters 3&4 next week so more but different park work for me then!

That's brilliant news! I don't believe in failure when you've tried! It's just part of your training journey! Enjoy next week with your grand daughters - plenty of running around for you then!
