Went at a faster pace on Sunday morning, oops, got to about 20 minutes and I was nearly exhausted, felt alright until then. Managed the rest of the run at a very light and slow jog. Trying to improve my speed too soon, was runkeeper a mistake as it is making me want to improve speed from previous run.

It would probably be better to stick with the Laura podcasts until graduation. Laura does mention 'upping' the pace a bit but always towards the end of the session and not at the beginning. You need to start off slow so that you have something left in the tank for a bit more speed (if you want to do a bit more speed) in the last few minutes of the run. Good luck and best wishes.
