I did bupa beginners 10 k I started at wk 3 as didn't want to go back to walking . It is 3runs a week and easy to follow I just printed it out and ticked of each run and kept note of times I like having a structure to follow
I'm going to try the link Bazza1234 provided... I can then just plug those intervals into MapMyRun and head out... not until next week though ... this week is about getting a few more 30 minute runs under the belt...
The RunDouble app has a bridge to 10k programme; you can choose either timed (running for one hour continuously) or distance (10k in whatever time). You can construct your own playlists through an an external app and play them through the RunDouble app. I've used this app for c25k timed and it's really good.
