I'm so impressed. I'm on week 4 run 2, and I can barely conceive of running for 20 minutes non-stop. Congratulations, that's great!

Well done! This is a run everyone seems to dread but it's great once you've done it. If you can do 20, you can do 30!

Fantastic. You are well on your way to achieving the 5K in 30 minutes goal ;o)

Yeah you did! W5R3 was one of my favourites. I felt that once I got past that (almost entirely psychological) hurdle I really could finish the plan. And undoubtedly that's what you'll do too. Nice one! x

Well done! It's nice to see a post like this! I've just complete W5R1 and haven't found that too bad. R2 looks achievable, but R3 is scaring me a little. Thank you for giving me hope that I'll be able to complete it :)

Well done! I completed this run today also and it is a good feeling, bit of a turning point in that like you, I feel I can complete the programme after feeling I never would at the start! Good luck with the rest!
