At the moment I wake up in the morning instantly thinking either, 'Yay! It's a running day!', or, 'Oh, it's not a running day *sigh*‘

I'm exactly the same! Although recently I've noticed a bit of nervousness mixed in there.
I'm about to do the first run of B210K this evening and I think it's just a worry that I'll meet my match having never given up on run in the whole C25K programme. I'm sure once I settle into it I'll feel the same excitement I did early on in C25K.

I'm really enthused the day after a run, but know I'm not allowed to! The next day. however I don't feel so keen to fit it in around everything else. I think if I didn't have to fit it round work and everything else, it wouldn't seem so bad. Once i've done it, I feel good, Anyone else feel like this?
